Witchy Wins was released on September 24th 2020 by developer Realtime Gaming. It’s timed well to fit in to the lead up to Halloween though the visuals are a bit more on the fun and cheeky side than they are towards any frightening imagery, with the Witches all being somewhat attractive, not the typical warty hooked nose creatures of nightmares! However, is Witchy Wins any good, will it have you spinning the reels long after Halloween is over or is it another forgettable slot from RTG? Read on for the full review, or choose one of our bonus offers and just push and play for yourself. We have a special free spins selection for you below.

Summary
Witchy Wins slot has a reasonably fun base game with a few modifiers in place which keep you interested. The chance of morphing Wild multipliers up to 4x and random Wild reels, which can lead to up to 4 completely Wild reels, is a great way to keep the base game engaging. The free spins round does feel a little dull though even with the Wild reels. However, overall it’s not a bad offering from RTG and if you’re a USA based player with restricted access to slot games, or based anywhere else in the world where slot games are restricted to just a few providers, then it’s certainly worth trying your luck on.

How it Pays and Plays
There are 5 reels and 3 rows on Witchy Wins slot making up 243 fixed paylines. The RTP is not disclosed at present and sometimes you never see RTG disclose them, making us somewhat suspicious of what range they are in, likely each casino will choose their own RTP range which Realtime Gaming will allow them to select. Just hope that it’s a high one – this isn’t an unusual practice but it does annoy me and i certainly feel there should be a fixed RTP rate which is made available for all players to see without any hassle.
The max win per spin is 2,000x the base bet. This isn’t huge by any means. The volatility is believed to be at a medium range.
There are Wild and Wild multipliers along with a random Wild reels respin and a free spins bonus round.
Bets appear to range from 40 cents through to $20 per spin.
Sound and Graphics
Witchy Wins has a cheeky kind of theme tune to it, it’s a nice little tune to help the gameplay along with a little hint of spookiness. Not sure how well I’m explaining the theme tune but watch our video or play the game and you’ll likely see what I mean!
The reels are transparent and the slot is set on the background of what looks like a Witches House with glowing windows, set against a purple /blue sky and foreground of bushes and trees. It looks pretty good, a spooky but cheeky vibe again.
The premium symbols are a blue witch, a green witch and pink witch as the top paying symbol.
Lower paying symbols go from Ace through to 9’s.
There are Scatter symbols which have pictures of what looks like Witches potions on them.
Wild symbols are Witches Cauldrons which can have a multiplier attached to them up to 4x.
Morphing Multiplying Wilds
At the end of any spin if there is a Wild in a winning combo that Wild can morph into a multiplier with a value up to 4x. If you get more than 1 Wild multiplier on a line then the multipliers are added to determine the final win value.
Random Wild Reels
After ant base game spin this feature can trigger and it will turn between 1 and 4 of the reels entirely to Wilds. This can clearly result in some mega wins and is. nice little added base game feature.
Free Spins Bonus
Land 3, 4 or Scatter symbols for 8, 15 or 50 free spins. These can also be retriggered during the bonus round by landing the Scatter symbols in again. During each free spin you’ll see that one reel turns into a Wild reel.
